How to move a camper on the river!

This just needs a small bit of work on the Weed Eater, but I reckon it could work?!? ;)

A mate has just got back from the Mogul rally and saw loads of these throughout Russia... Called the UAZ-452 Could be a decent toy for the web foot way! Or even cheap camper conversions?!?!
