Blasted down with needler, wirebrush and acid.Now looking good with some heat paint. We need some new cyinder seals and are having no luck as of yet!!

I've managed to talk Tom into getting a camper ;) Thing is, he doesn't really want to spend the money and have to maintain a T2, understandably - he is a Yaris driver at the moment! ;)

The Wedge.....continues!!!

The Old Wedge is back!!

The disc backing plate did not look good!After having to drill out the old bolts new stainless steel plates fitted.New roller race bearings for the front with new discs of course!!

Old and newer!!!Both pistons are free and are free of corrosion!!

A good over with the peener and some acid and looking better. A set of piston seals are needed along with a set of four slider cover seals!

So after discovering that when removing all of the old tomato ketchup packets from the bus for Darren, Max had also removed all of his fuses!!!! Nice one Max!!

On a mission!!

Only to discover more busses in need of help. Phils T25 was sitting on axle stands and the brakes are looking very tired. After about an hours work per side the rear drums finally came off!!! A lot of cleaning and some copper slip and things are looking a lot better. Donor brake springs from an early bay to fix a t23 how cool's that!! Back roaring down the track again also!!!!

1969 - 70 Horn Nightmares!

Wiring diagram makes things even more confusing!

At the moment, it works all the time... tried changing wires and can't find one from the cluster to the underside that would work. Hey ho, will keep fiddling ;)
