Adjustable Front Beam

So we've made some progress on Elcie but now need a new beam and full set of ball joints for the beetle!!!

 A good cut back showing the need for more filler and a high build primer on the lower half.

 Generally very good and am now nearly totally perplexed about the choice of colour and finish.

 So a new clean old beam with sway away adjusters already fitted. Gleaming in fresh 2k satin black paint.

Vwheritage only sent me 4x upper arms and ball-joints, so have to wait for the correct delivery. Notice new outer seals as well. Just need to do all the crap associated with this job, if i get the correct parts!!! So time to look at lowering the bug??!?!?!
