It has been a very long time since I made a progress post, generally because there is no progress. I need to commit to paint very soon and that will really change the direction of this stall. I really need to commit to a new shed also more importantly.
Sliding door still needs attention to detail but overall very pleased so far.
Opposite sliding door repair also looking buff.
No evidence of a cut rear quarter.
So a quick cut back with the random orbit sander and a thick coat of filler primer lower down cut back again then final thincoat all over.
Great work Ben. Looking very smooth finish. Try getting some black Matt primer as this shows up everything as it would be a shame not to get every bump smooth before the paint job.

I think it will be some variation of green. The dark grey is over a light grey so I assumed that this will clearly high light shallows and bumps, also am thinking of spraying the lower repair areas with either high build or resurface primer. The latter being very thick but easy sand.
