Tegsy back in action!

Spent two days working with my local garage (good fun - helped them with their cars too!) as i'd stockpiled loads of parts, new front wishbone assembly, anti roll bar bushes, goodridge hoses all round, brembo front discs, zimmerman rear discs, new pads all round, new bleed nipples on all calipers, two new handbrake cables - all done!! ... they even put new original badges on it for free, completely clean MOT now, no advisories...


Looks completly stock and now handles like a new one!
Must remember to be light on the brakes till those pads break in lol. Oh and the discs that came off? should've got a photo never seen them worn thru before lol!! Wafferthin and gonzola'd!

    Nice one Mr. H, looking and running as good. Bet your golf is well happy you found her!! Just need a SO64 pop top now :)

    cool, good to see on the road, once im happy with mine we might end up in ur neck of the woods. is it a valver? and are you going facotory fresh or are there improvements planned?

    Cheers chaps, it's a stock 8 valver run out model, it's got improvements but all unseen (and staying that way!) I'd bought it with the original intention of using the running gear for a kit car build (see blackjackzero.com), but it's too good for that so will see... fresh rubber all round is on the cards soon! how far off is yours?
