stuff for help

So this was the current progress on sew. next big question too the masses is whats your opinion of replaceing the floor with flat galvenised sheet as aposed to bodging in a left hand drive mexican floor. answers on a postcard to the blog please?

  1. Wow so much progress in terms of strip down anyway! Lots of solid chassis visable, and heavy gtauge metal work, too. I would say mexican floor as it is still in production. Fits with minor mod of non sliding door side.

  2. I reckon get as close to original as possible, the ridging provides strength for heavy loads etc so be good to go with that rather than sheet especially as you are doing the propajob! viva mehico! glad to see the hard work so far :)

  3. Hi Chris,i have looked at your pictures,and the only way in my personal opinion is a new mexico floor from jk.Remember the floor is important for body strength.

  4. What about hacking the floor out of a modern transit or similar that is corrugated but also soild??
