Beetle Floorpan

Overall a clean pan, lots of thick original schults to scrap off but lots or original paint underside.

The better rear corner, jacking point is shot but no intention of replacing it.
  A couple of pin holes.
Beam is strong.
Sand blasting required I thinks. £150 blasted £225 blasted and hot zinked underside?? comments please.

  2. I quite like the stock black paint myself. You could do a black 2K paint. But I suppose hot zinc will last and not have to worry about rust. Would you hot zinc the topside as well? Your choice.

    1. No hot zinc on upper inner, as it is quite a rough surface. I intend to 2k paint all of it in vw satin black anyhow.
