I really think i could make this look really cool, and have the basis of a solid van for years allowing me to enjoy it just like a modern car and not as a con course model..........madness i know

Fantastic......anyone want to buy elsie.??.............never thought i would say that!!

  2. I agree, Lisa! It would take years to get the 'soul' that Elsie has into a new bus.

The story behind Elsie is a dream! Part of her uniqueness! Most people could only ever dream to find an £800 van dying in a field, then teach themselves how to weld and build engines, and upholster, and electrics!

Then there's the years of fun that have been invested in her! You can't buy that history! It's prceless!!!

    Elsie should NEVER be sold!

Ben: You want a concourse van as a daily driver! You're M A D! You'll be gutted in a few years once you've ruined it and needs major work!!!

  3. No, No, No, yous all wrong!!! It would take me no time at all to give this bus some soul...(it could readily be argued that all old buses have soul, particlularly an emergency vehicle....maybe more than a leisure vehicle??? And I dont exclusivley want a show car, just a solid quality starting point for my next project! She could look so bad. ;)
